Terms & conditions

Last updated: January 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of Runsletter. By creating an account or using the service you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

Runsletter lets you create photobook-style albums from your endurance training and race data. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We do our best to keep the service running reliably, but we offer it on an "as is" basis and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for any activity that happens under it. Keep your credentials safe. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you upload or create — activities, photos, text, and the albums themselves. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and process that content only to provide the service to you.

You're responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the content you upload, including photos of other people and any third-party images.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for anything illegal or harmful.
  • Upload content you don't have the right to share.
  • Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or circumvent our security.
  • Scrape or resell data obtained through the service.
  • Impersonate another person.

5. Strava and third parties

When you connect Strava, your use of Strava data is also governed by Strava's own terms. We're not responsible for third-party services or their content.

6. Paid features

Some features may require payment in the future. If and when we introduce them, we'll tell you the price before you pay and provide clear refund terms.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your albums and data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Runsletter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact
