Builds Skoma and writes its running and Camino guides
Pedro Sampaio builds Skoma, which makes printed photo books and race posters from Strava training and publishes free pace, heart-rate, fuelling and Camino planning tools.
He started running in 2021. Since then he has finished four of the World Marathon Majors, run Boston twice, and gone under three hours in the marathon. His own runs are public on Strava.
The guides on this blog come out of the same questions those tools answer: how fast to run an easy day, how many gels a marathon takes, how many days the Camino Francés needs. Each guide links the studies, official guidance and race data it relies on, so you can check the numbers yourself.
